Welcome to the Altair HyperMesh for Pre-Post Processing v2024 course! In this course, you will learn how to use HyperMesh v2024 for Pre and Post Processing a finite element simulation. Modules within the course provide descriptions of the tools and workflows within HyperMesh. You will get hands-on experience with the functions needed to generate a finite element model. This includes creating and editing geometry, generating a quality mesh, and defining everything else needed for the solver to run, such as materials, loads and result requests. Additionally, the postprocessing tools available will be explored. You will have the opportunity to watch demonstrations and perform hands-on exercises throughout the modules. Be sure to have both HyperMesh and OptiStruct v2024 installed to follow along with the demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
